Get in the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day with these shamrock-shaped cinnamon rolls featuring festive green icing. You don’t even need a knife to cut them to form this fun shape! To create the "shamrock," you simply unroll each roll, then reroll it into three heart-shaped leaves and a stem. There you have it—the perfect treat to celebrate this early spring holiday.

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Separate dough into 5 rolls. Unroll each roll into a long strip of dough on work surface.

    Working with one strip of dough at a time, fold 5-inch sections of dough back and forth into three heart-shaped leaves, pinching the point of each leaf as you go.

    Bring the points of all three leaves together, and swirl the end of the remaining 5-inch section of dough to make the shamrock stem. Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and baked through.

    Meanwhile, in small bowl, place icing (from can). Tint icing with food color to desired color, using fork or small whisk to combine. Decorate shamrock cinnamon rolls with tinted icing, using photo as a guide.
