- 2 lb Brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed (about 8 cups)
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Step1Add Brussels sprouts and water to insert of 6-quart Instant Pot®; stir.

Step2Secure lid; set pressure valve to SEALING. Select MANUAL; cook on high pressure 2 minutes. Select CANCEL. Set pressure valve in VENTING position to release pressure. Drain.

Step3Toss cooked Brussels sprouts with butter, salt and pepper. Top with bacon.
