For bite-sized "spiral" food, cut each wrap crosswise into four sections.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickle
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
  • 6 small lettuce leaves

Instructions

  • Step

    In medium bowl, combine ham, onion, celery and pickle; mix well. Add mayonnaise and mustard; mix well.
  • Step

    Spread mixture evenly on tortillas, covering entire surface. Top with lettuce leaves. Roll up each tortilla.
