Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen cheesy rice & broccoli
- 1/2 cup frozen diced cooked chicken breast
- 4 medium flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 oz. (1/2 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 tablespoons salsa
Instructions

Step1Open rice pouch; combine rice mixture and chicken in large skillet. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.*

Step2Meanwhile, heat tortillas as directed on package.

Step3Place 1/2 cup of lettuce on each tortilla, spoon about 1/3 cup mixture on top of lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese and 1 tablespoon salsa. Fold up bottom; fold sides in to enclose filling.
