    Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

    Separate dough into 5 biscuits; cut each into 8 pieces. Sprinkle pieces evenly in baking dish; top with Canadian bacon.

    In large bowl, beat eggs, 1 1/4 cups of the milk, the salt and pepper with whisk until mixed well; stir in onions. Pour over Canadian bacon.

    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean and biscuits are deep golden brown.

    Meanwhile, prepare hollandaise sauce as directed on package using remaining 1 cup milk and the butter; keep warm. Drizzle 1/2 cup of the hollandaise sauce over biscuits. Cover and refrigerate remaining sauce for another use. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
