Ham and Swiss Biscuit Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped deli ham (about 5 oz)
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz)
- Chopped parsley, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step2Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each into sixths. In large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, melted butter and Parmesan cheese; toss to evenly coat biscuit pieces. Stir in ham. Transfer mixture into pan, arranging biscuit pieces in single layer in pan.

Step3Bake 12 minutes (dough will not be cooked through); remove from oven. With back of spoon, make 6 wells in biscuit mixture. Carefully crack one egg into each well.

Step4Continue baking 13 to 15 minutes or until dough is golden brown and egg yolks are set and whites are firm. Remove from oven; sprinkle Swiss cheese around edges of eggs onto biscuits.

Step5Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with parsley before serving. Serve immediately.
