    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 2-quart glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sausage, and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Using slotted spoon, transfer to small bowl.

    Add mushrooms, onion and bell pepper to drippings in skillet; cook 2 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until softened and browned; remove from heat.

    Separate dough into 5 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 6 pieces. Place in medium bowl.

    Add pasta sauce to biscuits in bowl; gently stir to coat. Stir in sausage, vegetable mixture and 1/2 cup of the cheese.

    Spoon biscuit mixture evenly into dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden brown and center biscuits are baked through. Cut into squares.
