Steaks with Chipotle Guacamole

Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado, pitted, peeled
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 small chipotle chile in adobo sauce (from 7 or 11-oz. can), chopped
- 4 (8-oz.) beef top loin steaks (New York, Kansas City or strip steaks)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Step1Heat gas or charcoal grill. To make chipotle guacamole, mash avocado in medium bowl with fork. Add cumin, garlic salt and chile; mix well.

Step2When grill is heated, sprinkle both sides of beef steaks with salt and pepper; place on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cover grill; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until of desired doneness, turning once. Serve steaks with chipotle guacamole.
