Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz)
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained, finely chopped
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced cooked corned beef (from deli), coarsely chopped
- Crackers or pumpernickel pretzel rods, if desired

Step1Spray 2 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, stir all ingredients except crackers or pretzel rods until well mixed. Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 hours.
