Slow-Cooker Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 4 cups half-and-half
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 12 oz semisweet baking chocolate, chopped
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 16 large marshmallows

Instructions

    In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, stir together half-and-half, milk, condensed milk and chocolate.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 2 to 3 hours, stirring with whisk after 1 hour, or until hot and chocolate is melted. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Add 1 marshmallow to each mug of hot chocolate.
