Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 4 (16-oz.) cans baked beans
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped

Step1In large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings.

Step2In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, combine bacon, reserved drippings and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Cover; cook on high setting for 1 hour.
