- 1 lb. (2-3 medium) pork chops
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. garlic frozen vegetables with pasta
- 1/4 cup water
- Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Step1In large skillet, brown pork chops in oil over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Step2Add pasta with vegetables and water. Reduce heat to medium, cover and cook, stirring occasionally for 10 to 12 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in the center and pasta and vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
