Salted Caramel-Chocolate Thumbprint Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ Double Chocolate Cookie Dough (12 Count)
- 22 caramels, unwrapped (from 11-oz bag)
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. Bake cookies as directed on package. Immediately after baking, use back of round metal measuring tablespoon to make 1 1/2-inch-wide indentation in center of each cookie. Cool 3 minutes on cookie sheets. Remove to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.

Step2In small microwavable bowl, microwave caramels and heavy cream uncovered on High 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after 1 minute, until caramels are melted and smooth.

Step3Spoon slightly less than 1 tablespoonful caramel into center of each cookie; sprinkle with salt. Let stand about 30 minutes or until caramel is set. Store covered in refrigerator, up to 1 week.
