Raspberry-Jalapeño Brie Cups

We can't get enough of these creamy, sweet and spicy simple little appetizers made special with seedless raspberry jalapeño preserves. From our Pillsbury Baking Hacks cookbook, this 3-ingredient recipe is a delicious one to make when you're short on time.

Raspberry-Jalapeño Brie Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jalapeño preserves
  • 4 oz Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces

Instructions

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 24 mini muffin cups with cooking spray.

    Unroll dough on cutting board; cut into 6 rows by 4 rows to make 24 squares. Press 1 square into bottom and up side of each muffin cup. Spoon about ½ teaspoon preserves into each cup.

    Bake 8 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven. Place 1 piece of the Brie in each cup. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until cheese is soft. Cool in cups 5 minutes; remove from muffin cups.
