Honey-Soy Baked Cod

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 large garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 to 1 1/4 lb. cod, cut into 4 pieces
Instructions

Step1In 1-gallon resealable food storage plastic bag, combine all ingredients except cod; mix well. Add cod; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.

Step2Heat oven to 425°F. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil. Place cod in foil-lined pan. Discard plastic bag and marinade.

Step3Bake at 425°F. for 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
