    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 4 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. On large cutting board, unroll dough, and separate into two 6x4-inch rectangles. Place one rectangle next to the other to create an 8x6-inch rectangle; pinch together seams.

    Place cheese slices evenly on top of dough; top with ham. Starting on short, topped edge of rectangle, roll up tightly, and pinch seam together.

    Using sharp knife, cut roll into 4 equal slices; place cut side down in prepared muffin cups. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown and baked through. Cool 5 minutes in pan; remove from pan with metal spatula.

    In small bowl, mix Dijon mustard and honey. Spoon mixture over rolls. Serve warm.
