Grilled Pork Chops with Spicy Corn

Ingredients
Pork Chops
- 4 (1/2-inch-thick) pork loin chops
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon peppered seasoned salt
Spicy Corn
- 2 cups frozen corn, cooked, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh jalapeño chile
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves

Step1Heat grill. Sprinkle pork chops with 1/2 teaspoon oregano and peppered seasoned salt.

Step2When ready to grill, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 12 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center, turning once.

Step3Meanwhile, combine all spicy corn ingredients; mix well. Serve spicy corn with pork chops.
