Cannellini Bean Veggie Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 (15-oz.) can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Italian plum tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons tartar sauce

Step1Mash beans in medium bowl. Add lemon juice and egg; blend well. Add all remaining ingredients except tartar sauce; mix well. Shape into three 4-inch patties.

Step2Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Using pancake turner, transfer patties to skillet; cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated and lightly browned, turning once. To serve, top each with about 2 teaspoons tartar sauce.
