Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon from 1 can (4 oz) Old El Paso™ Chopped Green Chiles
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can (15 oz) Progresso™ Black Beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions

Step1In blender or food processor, place chiles, onion, garlic and beans. Cover; blend on medium-high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until almost smooth.

Step2Spoon dip into 1 1/2-quart saucepan. Stir in yogurt, cumin and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until hot. Place in serving bowl. Serve hot or cold with chips or crackers.
