Air Fryer Italian Pork Chops for Two

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Progresso™ Panko Italian style crispy bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 boneless pork loin chops, 3/4 inch thick (4 to 5 oz each)

Step1Cut 8-inch round of cooking parchment paper. Place in bottom of air fryer basket.

Step2In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg with salt. In third shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat pork with flour; dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.

Step3Place pork chops on parchment in air fryer basket. Set to 325°F; cook 10 minutes. Turn pork chops; cook 8 to 12 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center (at least 145°F). Serve immediately.
