Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups uncooked ziti pasta (8 oz)
- 1 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
- 1 container (8 oz) refrigerated chopped mixed bell peppers
- 1/2 cup drained sliced banana peppers
- 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 4 oz prepared cheese product, cut into cubes

Step1Cook and drain pasta as directed on package; cover to keep warm.

Step2Meanwhile, in 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink. Drain; set aside.

Step3Add peppers to skillet; cook over medium-high heat 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender. Add tomatoes, whipping cream and cheese. Reduce heat to medium. Simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Stir in cooked pasta and sausage; cook 1 minute. Serve hot.
