These fill, roll, bake bites are the perfect Thanksgiving appetizer. Deli turkey, sun-dried tomato pesto, baby kale, Monterey Jack cheese and yes...bacon, too, are rolled up in Pillsbury™ crescent dough. Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato pesto (from 8.5-oz jar)
  • 6 thin slices (1 oz each) cooked turkey breast (from deli)
  • 1 cup lightly packed fresh baby kale mix or baby spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (1 oz)
  • 3 slices crumbled crisply cooked bacon (1/4 cup)

Instructions

    Heat oven to 375°F. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray.

    Unroll dough sheet on work surface or cutting board; starting at center, press dough into 12x9-inch rectangle. Spread pesto over rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. Arrange turkey and kale over pesto; sprinkle with cheese and bacon.

    Starting with long side, roll up; pinch seam to seal. With serrated knife, cut into 1/2-inch slices. Place slices, cut sides down, on cookie sheet.

    Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately remove from cookie sheet to serving plate. Serve warm.
