Three-Cheese Tortilla Calzones

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chunky pizza sauce
- 4 flour tortillas (10 inch)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix ricotta and Parmesan cheeses. Spoon 2 tablespoons pizza sauce onto each tortilla; spread evenly to within 1/4 inch of edge.

Step2Top half of each tortilla with 1/4 of ricotta mixture and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Fold tortillas over filling, pressing edges to seal; place on ungreased cookie sheet.

Step3Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
