Ingredients
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. creamy cheddar frozen vegetables with pasta
- 3 hot dogs, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup salsa, if desired
- Large tortilla chips
Instructions

Step1In large skillet, combine frozen vegetables with pasta, hot dogs and water; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

Step2Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 3 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Step3Spoon vegetables with pasta mixture onto serving platter; top with salsa. Arrange chips around edges.
