Spicy Sausage and Peppers Rigatoni

Ingredients
- 4 oz. uncooked rigatoni (pasta tubes with ridges)
- 2 hot Italian turkey sausage links, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup low-fat chunky spaghetti sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, if desired

Step1Cook rigatoni to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; cover to keep warm.

Step2Meanwhile, in medium nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat for 10 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain.

Step3Add bell peppers; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until bell peppers are tender.

Step4Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated. Serve sausage mixture over rigatoni. Sprinkle with cheese.
