Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen corn (from 12-oz bag), thawed
  • 1 cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) Muir Glen™ organic diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15.25 oz) lima beans, drained, rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper sauce, if desired
  • 3 1/2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken (from 2-lb chicken)

Instructions

  • Step

    In 5- to 6-quart Dutch oven, stir together all ingredients except chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Stir in chicken. Cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
