Smoked Turkey Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 8 slices marble rye bread
- 1/4 cup purchased Thousand Island salad dressing
- 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast
- 1 (8-oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed
- 2 (1 1/2-oz.) slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
Instructions

Step1Spread one side of each bread slice with salad dressing. Layer 4 slices with turkey, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Top each with remaining bread slice, salad dressing side down. Spread outside of sandwiches with margarine.

Step2Heat medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook 2 sandwiches at a time for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes.
