Smoked Salmon and Caper Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 can (11 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Thin Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 cup soft cream cheese with chives and onions (from 8 oz tub)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 8 oz thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons drained capers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Instructions

    Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool crust, about 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine cream cheese, mustard and honey; mix until well blended.

    Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Arrange salmon over top. Sprinkle with onion, capers and dill. Cut into wedges. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time.
