- 2 (3/4 to 1-lb.) turkey thighs, skin removed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup thick & chunky salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions

Step1Brush turkey thighs with oil; rub with Cajun seasoning. Place in single layer in 4 to 5-quart slow cooker.

Step2Cover; cook on Low setting for 7 to 8 hours.

Step3Just before serving, remove turkey from slow cooker; place on cutting board. Cut turkey into slices. Serve turkey with salsa and/or sour cream.
