Slow-Cooker Chili Verde

Up your chili game with a little morning prep and your slow cooker. Enchilada sauce is the secret ingredient in our hearty and flavorful green chili.
Slow-Cooker Chili Verde

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 lb pork loin boneless rib chops
- 1 lb baby Dutch yellow potatoes
- 2 cans (10 oz) Old El Paso™ Mild Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- Chopped fresh cilantro, fresh lime juice and crema Mexicana, as desired for toppings
Instructions

Step1Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. In small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon ground coriander, 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin and 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt.

Step2Cut 1 1/2 lb pork loin boneless rib chops into bite-size pieces. Rub seasoning mixture into pork. Add to slow cooker.

Step3Rinse 1 lb baby Dutch yellow potatoes well; add to slow cooker. Add 2 cans (10 oz each) Old El Paso™ green enchilada sauce and 1 1/2 cups water. Gently stir to mix water and sauce.

Step4Cover; cook on High heat setting 6 hours.

Step5Serve with desired toppings.
