Ingredients
- 1 papaya
- 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple in unsweetened juice, undrained
- 1 pint (2 cups) nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 3/4 teaspoon coconut extract
Instructions

Step1Cut papaya in half; scoop out and discard seeds. Scoop flesh from skin into food processor bowl with metal blade.

Step2Add pineapple with juice; process until smooth. Add frozen yogurt, orange juice and extract; process until smooth.
