Onion-Topped Ham and au Gratins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups frozen potatoes O'Brien with onions and peppers (from 28-oz bag), thawed
  • 1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1/4 cup chive-and-onion sour cream
  • 1/2 cup French-fried onions, if desired

Instructions

    Spray 1 1/2-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In slow cooker, mix all ingredients except sour cream and onions.

    Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours.

    Stir sour cream into potato mixture; sprinkle onions over top. Cover; cook 5 minutes longer or until onions are hot.
