Mini Turkey and Cranberry Meatloaves

Enjoy these mini meatloaves made using ground turkey and topped with cranberry sauce. Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs provide a simple addition to this distinctive dish!

Ingredients

Meatloaves

  • 1 (1 1/4-lb.) pkg. fresh lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 1 (1-oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg

Topping

  • 1/2 cup Progresso™ Plain Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoons whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

    Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups. In large bowl, combine all meatloaves ingredients; mix well. Press mixture evenly in lined muffin cups.

    In small bowl, combine all topping ingredients except cranberry sauce; mix well. Sprinkle evenly over meatloaves.

    With spoon, make slight indentation in center of each meatloaf. Spoon cranberry sauce evenly into each indentation.

    Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until meatloaves are thoroughly cooked in center and meat thermometer registers 160°F. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before removing from muffin cups.
