These thumbprint biscuits might just be our favorite biscuit dough hack yet! Pillsbury™ Blueberry flavored Sweet Biscuits with Icing are dipped in a lemon-sugar mixture before baking, which gives them a great texture and flavor that pairs perfectly with the blackberry jam filling. And don't forget the sweet lemon drizzle—it's what takes these biscuits over the top.

    Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; set icing aside.

    In small bowl, mix sugar and 1 teaspoon of the lemon zest. Brush one side of each biscuit with melted butter, and dip buttered side into sugar mixture; press lightly to adhere. Place biscuits, dipped side up, 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

    With end of wooden spoon, make a deep 1 1/4-inch wide circle indentation in center of each biscuit; fill each with 1 teaspoon preserves.

    Bake 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown; cool 10 minutes.

    In small bowl, mix icing and lemon juice. Drizzle biscuits with icing mixture. Garnish with remaining 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest.
