Italian Chicken and Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
- 3 oz. Italian sausage links, sliced
- 3/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 (1-lb.) pkg. Garlic Frozen Vegetables with Pasta
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4-oz.) jar roasted red bell peppers, sliced
- 4 sprigs fresh basil, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add sausage; cook and stir 2 minutes or until browned. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 minutes or until chicken and sausage are no longer pink in center.

Step2Add broth, vegetables with pasta, oregano and thyme; mix well. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

Step3Sprinkle each serving with cheese; top with roasted bell peppers. Garnish with basil.
