Ingredients
- 1 log (10.5 oz) chèvre (goat) cheese
- 1 package (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian (flat-leaf) parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- Assorted crackers
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, mix cheeses and pepper. Using hands, roll mixture into 10-inch log.

Step2In shallow dish, mix dried cranberries, parsley and chopped rosemary. Roll log in mixture, coating all sides and gently pressing to adhere. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries. Serve with crackers.
