The traditional Thanksgiving casserole gets a gluten-free update with the help of gluten-free Chex™ cereal.
Gluten-Free Green Bean Casserole Skillet

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1 bag (12 oz) frozen frozen cut green beans
- 1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso™ Traditional potato with broccoli & cheese chowder
- 2 cups crushed Rice Chex™ cereal (gluten free)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F.

Step2In large bowl, stir together onion, green beans and soup. Pour mixture into ovenproof 10-inch skillet; spread evenly.

Step3In small bowl, stir together crushed cereal and cheese. Pour mixture over green beans; spread evenly to cover.

Step4Bake 25 minutes.
