- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Step1Brush nonstick griddle or skillet with vegetable oil, or spray with cooking spray before heating. Heat griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (350°F).
