Fast Fajita and Vegetable Pita

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fat-free Italian dressing
- 2 to 3 teaspoons lime juice
- 1/2 lb thinly sliced, cooked roast beef, cut into strips (2 cups)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli
- 1 small tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 3 pita (pocket) breads (6 inch), cut in half to form pockets
- 6 leaves lettuce
Instructions

Step1In medium bowl, mix dressing and lime juice. Add roast beef, broccoli and tomato; toss to coat.

Step2To serve, line pita bread halves with lettuce. Fill each with about 1/2 cup beef mixture. If desired, drizzle with additional Italian dressing.
