Easy Turkey-Veggie Melts

Ingredients

  • 1 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots in Cheese Flavored Sauce
  • 1/2 lb. thinly sliced deli cooked turkey breast
  • 2 onion sandwich buns, split, toasted
  • 4 (3/4-oz.) slices American cheese

Instructions

  • Step

    Prepare vegetables as directed on package. Open pouch; pour into medium bowl. Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

    Place toasted bun halves, cut side up, on ungreased cookie sheet. Layer turkey evenly onto bun halves. Spoon vegetable mixture over turkey. Top each with 1 slice of cheese.

    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
