- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- Chopped fresh Italian (flat leaf) parsley, if desired
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.

Step2In large bowl, mix cauliflower, olive oil, salt, black pepper and red pepper; toss to combine. Spread in pan.
