These burritos are as filling as they are delicious!
More About This Recipe
- Most traditional Mexican burritos call for a few key ingredients: beans, meat and cheese. It wasn’t until the burrito traveled to America, specifically the Mission district of San Francisco, that rice began to be a key component, taking on the name “mission-style burritos.” Food chains like Chipotle have made rice wrapped in a burrito with shredded meat, beans, corn and cheese a national favorite. This chicken burrito recipe keeps things easy. Rotisserie chicken from the grocery store takes the fuss out of cooking and shredding your own chicken, and instant rice ensures your rice will be ready quick. From there, all you have to do is fill the burrito with more of your favorite ingredients. Looking for some burrito filling inspiration? We have plenty of recipes for you to try next.
