- 1/2 cup (from 7.5-oz container) chive-and-onion cream cheese spread (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken (5 oz)
- 2/3 cup diced cooked ham (about 4 oz)
- 1 can (4 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (4 Count)

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. In large microwavable bowl, place cream cheese spread, 3/4 cup of the Swiss cheese and the milk. Microwave uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened and cheese is starting to melt; add additional 30-second intervals as needed. Stir until mostly smooth; mixture may still be slightly lumpy.

Step2Stir chicken and ham into cream cheese mixture. Pour into baking dish.

Step3Unroll crescent dough; separate into triangles. Gently stretch each triangle, and place on top of chicken mixture. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
