Cheesy Southwest Chicken Muffin Tin Crescent Roll Bake for Two

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon spicy mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (4 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (4 Count)
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Generously spray 4 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray. In medium bowl, mix chicken, tomato, onion and mayonnaise. Stir in 1/4 cup of the cheese.

Step2On large cutting board, unroll dough and separate into two 6x4-inch rectangles. Place one rectangle next to the other to create an 8x6-inch rectangle; pinch together seams.

Step3Spread chicken mixture evenly over dough, leaving about 1/2 inch uncovered on all sides. Starting with short side, roll up dough toward opposite edge; pinch seam to seal tightly.

Step4Using sharp knife, cut roll into 4 equal slices; place cut side down in muffin cups. Top with remaining cheese.

Step5Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown and baked through. Cool 5 minutes in pan; remove from pan with metal spatula.
