Cheesy Chicken-Spinach-Artichoke Crescent Ring for Two

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 cup chive & onion cream cheese spread (from 7.5-oz container)
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (1 oz)
- 2 tablespoons chopped Progresso™ Marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained (from 6-oz jar)
- 1 can (4 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (4 Count)
- 1 teaspoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 375°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. In small bowl, mix spinach, chicken, cream cheese spread, mozzarella cheese and artichokes.

Step2Unroll dough; separate into 4 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise to form 8 triangles. On cookie sheet, arrange triangles in ring so short sides of triangles form a 2-inch circle in center. Dough will overlap. Dough ring should look like the sun.

Step3Spoon chicken mixture on the half of each triangle closest to center of ring.

Step4Bring each dough triangle up over filling, tucking dough under bottom layer of dough to secure it. Repeat around ring until entire filling is enclosed (some filling will show a little).

Step5Brush dough tops with melted butter, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until dough is golden brown and thoroughly baked. Cool 5 minutes before cutting.
