Cheddar-Walnut-Banana Muffins

- 1 (14-oz.) pkg. banana quick bread & muffin mix
- 2/3 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 eggs
- 3 oz. (3/4 cup) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions

Step1Heat oven to 400°F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper baking cups or spray with nonstick cooking spray.

Step2In medium bowl, combine quick bread mix, milk, oil and eggs; stir 50 to 75 strokes with spoon until mix is moistened. Stir in cheese and walnuts. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 3/4 full.

Step3Bake at 400°F. for 19 to 22 minutes or until golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve warm.
