Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill weed
- Pinch of coarse sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Pinch of smoked paprika, if desired
Instructions

Step1In small bowl, stir together all ingredients vigorously with fork until well blended. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
