Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless country-style pork loin ribs, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups chopped cabbage
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices (2 cups)
- 2 medium stalks celery, chopped (1 cup)
- 1 medium potato, peeled, cut into 1/2x1/4-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 4 chicken-flavor bouillon cubes
- 4 cups water
- 1 (28-oz.) can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
