Broiled Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. fish fillets, (1/4 to 1/2 inch thick),* cut into serving-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted

Instructions

    Arrange fish fillets, skin side up, on broiler pan. Brush both sides of fish with margarine.

    Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning once and basting with margarine. If desired, season with salt and pepper to taste.
