- 3 cups bite-sized fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 teaspoon minced gingerroot
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 small red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

Step1Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli, gingerroot and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
